Как установить модификацию:

Первый шаг: скачайте и установите Fabric и Fabric API.

Второй шаг: скачайте файл с модом.

Третий шаг: скопируйте пакет мода BetterNether в раздел .minecraft/mods (если данной папки не существует, установите Forge ещё раз или создайте её сами).
