Backpacked for Minecraft 1.20.6

When you need to carry many items with you but don’t want to clutter your inventory, the Backpacked mod offers a simple yet well-thought-out solution—a separate backpack that always stays on the player. It consists of nine slots and is crafted from leather using a recipe similar to a chest.

The main advantage is that its contents are preserved after death: the backpack remains equipped, and all items inside do not drop. This makes it ideal for tools, food, or rare items that you want to keep with you at all times. It is opened with the B key and is displayed directly on the character’s back, adding a touch of realism.

How to install the modification:

First step: download and install Forge.

Second step: download the mod file.

Third step: copy Backpacked mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
