The new block combines dirt and a dispenser. However, there are two varieties of this block. They differ in efficiency. After placing this new block in the game world, please right-click on it to view the interface. This interface has numerous slots where you need to place saplings. After that, these saplings will automatically grow on the block. You can continue doing that until you run out of saplings.
How to install the modification:
First step: download and install Fabric and Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy Planting Dirt for Saplings mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
