How to install the texture pack:

First step: download and install Better dogs

Second step: copy the texture pack to the C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks

Third step: in game settings choose needed resource pack.

There's different percentages (I think) for each dog you tame, like sometimes they become a Corgi or a Husky or "The skeleton dog".

Using tlauncher use the version 1.16.4 Optifine then open a world spawn them in using the wolf spawn egg then use a bone to turn them into a dog.
