How to install the texture pack:

First step: download and install Glowing Ores

Second step: copy the texture pack to the C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks

i think its for 1.8 coz the nether quartz ore texture is of 1.8's. its not for 1.16
