открой лаунчер справа снизу будет кнопка в виде файла нажми потом появится файл где стоит майн и там ты найдешь папку resourse packs и туда вставь этот ресурс пак и потом нужно зайти в майн и там нажать на настройки а там будет кнопка текстурки нужно нажать новый текстур пак слева

yea you can have texture packs in tlauncher. it might lag whatever device your using but if its a good enough device it shouldnt lag.
