New Default for Minecraft Pocket Edition 1.2
New Default is the only textures pack, which was designed not by players, but by the developers of the game Mojang. They wanted to replace the standard set of textures and update it a bit.
However, after finishing the work on the textures of New Default pack, they changed their mind and left the original textures pack in the game. A slightly updated version of the standard textures New Default placed on their official site, so that everyone can try them.
In general, these are the same standard textures, but with minor changes for the better. But for the most part these changes are not noticeable.
How to install a texture pack:
The first step is to download the texture package from the link below.
The second step: Unzip the downloaded archive and copy the New Default folder to the games\com.mojang\resource_packs (if this folder does not exist, create it yourself)
The third step: In the game, go to Settings, next to the Texture Sets label will be the Control button, click on it. In the left list there will be copied texture-pack, click on it to make it the first in the right list.
