Neon20 for Minecraft Pocket Edition 1.17
Neon20 for Minecraft PE 1.17 is a new texture pack that changes many panels in the game world. If you install this texture pack, you will get a completely new interface. Your health and saturation bars will look a bit different.
You will also notice some changes in other basic parameters. Moreover, there will be a new GUI and inventory overlay. So, it is an excellent resource pack that will provide your Minecraft game world with new interface textures.
Installing Neon20:
The first step is to run the downloaded file and import the addon/texture into MCPE.
Second step: open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to the settings of the world.
Third step: install the imported resource sets and add-ons for the world.
Step four: select the imported resource packages/add-on in each section and restart the mobile client.
