After you tame the wolves, their texture hardly changes. All you will have is a new leash, but its appearance will remain similar to vanilla textures. The Doggos for Minecraft PE 1.17 texture pack will help you as it modifies the texture of wolves and adds a great variety to this creature.
At the moment, this resource pack adds twenty-three different variations of appearance for wolves. Nineteen different breeds of dogs are among them. But you will not see them immediately after taming. The point is that you will need to rename the wolf by a tag. After that, you will get a new texture. Each variant of appearance has its unique name. So, after you name your wolf «Husky», you can get this famous breed. There are also Corgi, Pug, Bull Terrier and many other types of breeds.
How to install the texture pack:
First step: download and install The Doggos
Second step: copy the texture pack to the C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks
Third step: in game settings choose needed resource pack.
