Harder Natural Healing for Minecraft 1.21.8

Harder Natural Healing changes the mechanics of natural health regeneration, making it slower and configurable. By default, healing is slower, with minor recovery occurring after sleep. Through the configuration, you can adjust the healing speed, the minimum health threshold to start regeneration, and the dependence on saturation levels.

There’s also an option to enable health loss from hunger even in peaceful mode. This approach allows survival to feel more realistic or, conversely, be tailored for a more comfortable gameplay style.

How to install the modification:

First step: download and install Forge.

Second step: download the mod file.

Third step: copy Harder Natural Healing mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
