Horizon Reach Render for Minecraft 1.20.1
![]()
On large servers, distant landscapes can now be seen immediately after joining, even if a particular player has never visited those areas before. Horizon Reach Render stores distant terrain data on the server at different levels of detail and sends it to the client as needed.

Thanks to this, mountain ranges, huge buildings, and other noticeable objects appear on the horizon without requiring players to explore hundreds of chunks beforehand. If someone builds a structure, destroys part of the terrain, or changes the world in another way, information about the distant landscape is updated as well. Displaying players located far beyond the standard view distance can also be enabled.

How to install the modification:
First step: download and install Forge.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy Horizon Reach Render mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
