Lanterns with Candles completely changes the design of standard lanterns by placing real sources of flame inside them. The regular version receives a wax candle behind the glass, while the soul lantern uses a soul sand block with its characteristic blue fire instead.

The resource pack replaces the standard spawner models with new three-dimensional structures of unusual shapes while also reworking their textures. Glowing pixels appear on the surface, making the blocks easier to distinguish in the dark rooms of dungeons.

The pack reworks the textures of ore blocks and adds bright glowing effects that separate mineral deposits from ordinary stone. The upper part of the grass covering on the side face is lowered, making the transition between greenery and dirt look cleaner on slopes and uneven terrain. The same treatment is applied to snowy grass and dirt paths.
Animations and a small redesign of standard graphics are combined in Atomic Delight Vanilla without abandoning the familiar blocky appearance. The pack replaces some static item and block textures with animated versions, while the remaining images receive small adjustments for clearer rendering.
