Swift Horizon Vistas for Minecraft 1.20.1

A huge render distance usually increases the load on a computer very quickly, but a different approach is used here. Swift Horizon Vistas creates simplified geometry for distant terrain based on the world seed instead of fully loading large numbers of chunks. Thanks to this, mountains and other terrain features located far beyond the standard render distance can be observed from a single point.

The additional distance can be adjusted from approximately 38 to 292 chunks, allowing players to find a balance between panorama scale and performance. Generating distant terrain takes from several seconds to several minutes depending on the processor.

How to install the modification:

First step: download and install Fabric и Fabric API.

Second step: download the mod file.

Third step: copy Swift Horizon Vistas mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
