NoWheel for Minecraft 1.21.6

NoWheel add-on for Minecraft allows you to disable the scroll wheel, which is used to select items in the quick access slots. But sometimes during a fight with mobs or players, the player accidentally scrolls the wheel and takes a completely different item. How to install the modification:
