Shields+ for Minecraft 26.1
The regular shield in Minecraft is good, but Shields+ shows that the defense system can be much more interesting. The mod adds several new shields at once, made in a familiar vanilla style, thanks to which they do not look out of place even in a nearly unchanged game.
The player gets the opportunity to move from simple options like wooden and stone ones to more reliable versions made of iron, diamond, and netherite, gradually strengthening defense along with progression in survival. At the same time, the differences concern not only appearance, but also durability, as well as how much damage each shield is able to block.
How to install the modification:
First step: download and install Forge.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy Shields+ mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
