Deactivate Riptide Flight for Minecraft 26.2

Escaping from the battlefield with a trident becomes impossible after installing Deactivate Riptide Flight. The Riptide enchantment can still be found, applied to the weapon, and seen in the item description, but its main effect is completely disabled. The player can no longer launch into the air during rain or perform a rapid dash after coming into contact with water.

The change is especially noticeable on servers with player-versus-player combat, where the trident is often used for an instant retreat when health is low. The mod does not remove the item itself and does not interfere with other enchantments. It specifically removes flight using Riptide while preserving the trident’s other properties and normal ranged throwing mechanics.

How to install the modification:

First step: download and install Fabric и Fabric API.

Second step: download the mod file.

Third step: copy Deactivate Riptide Flight mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
