Lanterns Belong on Walls for Minecraft 26.2
![]()
Lanterns in Minecraft look good on chains, ceilings, and floors, but they have long lacked a normal mount on walls. Lanterns Belong on Walls fixes this small limitation. Now a lantern can be placed on the side of a block, and it appears not just stuck to the wall, but on a separate bracket.

This detail immediately changes the appearance of streets, corridors, taverns, bridges, and facades. You no longer need to build extra blocks or chains if you want to hang a light next to a door or along a wall. The mod does exactly one thing, but it does it usefully: it adds one more natural way to place lighting.

How to install the modification:
First step: download and install Fabric и Fabric API.
Second step: download the mod file.
Third step: copy Lanterns Belong on Walls mod package to the .minecraft/mods folder (if it does not exist, install Forge again or create it yourself).
