Snapshot Minecraft 25w10a Java Edition Download (Review)

Pre-release updates for the game client always contain exciting details about upcoming changes. Snapshot 25w10a brings a range of changes and important bug fixes. The snapshot was released on March 5, 2025.

Contents:

Changes

· The texture of sheep wool has been updated to look more realistic and smoother, eliminating harsh lines;

· If a block breaks due to a piston, it now plays the appropriate destruction sound;

· The panorama has been updated for the first Game Drop of the year;

· Test instance and test block textures have been refreshed;

· It is now possible to place decorative cactus flowers on farms.

Bug Fixes

Another key aspect of this snapshot is the bug fixes, making the game more polished:

· The shine level of the trident armor has been reworked;

· Improved the visual appearance of calf heads, making them look better;

· Shears no longer lose durability when instantly harvesting a block;

· Fixed a bug that caused the game to crash when using an amethyst block to create a vibration resonance;

· Fixed a visual bug where the player's hand could flicker in first-person mode.

Installation

Step 1. Open TLauncher and go to the Settings tab by clicking the gear icon in the lower right corner.

Step 2. Select the Display Snapshots checkbox, and do not forget to save the changes by clicking the appropriate button at the bottom.

Step 3. On the main screen of TLauncher, open the version selection tab, select the desired snapshot, and click 'Install' or 'Launch the Game' if the snapshot is already installed.
