Snapshot Minecraft 25w35a Java Edition Download (Review)

The sixth snapshot for Minecraft 1.21.9 was released on August 26 and was named 25w35a. In this version, the developers added several game rules, parameters, fixed a large number of bugs, and added a new language in the settings.

Innovations

· Several new game rules have appeared in Minecraft, which allow you to define whether players take damage, whether command blocks are allowed, and so on. As a result, we have the following variables for configuration: pvp (allow or forbid players to deal damage to each other), allowEnteringNetherUsingPortals (whether you can enter the Nether through standard portals), spawnMonsters (spawning mobs in the usual way), enableCommandBlocks (whether command blocks are allowed or not);

· A new setting “Allow cursor change” has appeared in the game (its shape will now change depending on what the player is doing: typing text, pressing buttons, scrolling);

· A separate API has appeared for servers, which allows you to manage them using third-party platforms and applications through the API (a large list of options is offered here to developers and owners, and by default this mechanic will need to be enabled or disabled in the settings);

· The “Galician language” has been added to the game settings.

Changes in the game

· The default hitbox of copper golems has been changed, and adjustments were made to its parameters. Now it will be slightly smaller than a regular block so it can pass through it;

· Copper chains were removed from craftable hanging signs;

· If copper chests appear when summoning a copper golem, they now connect correctly (previously they did not);

· Some server properties were moved to “game rules,” so players can now easily make changes without restarting the server, for example, spawn-monsters, allow-nether, pvp, enable command block, which we mentioned earlier in the list of innovations.

Fixed bugs

The developers fixed 47 bugs, but one of the serious ones was a problem occurring during flight: the water texture interfered with player movement.

Installation

Step 1. Open TLauncher and go to the Settings tab by clicking the gear icon in the lower right corner.

Step 2. Select the Display Snapshots checkbox, and do not forget to save the changes by clicking the appropriate button at the bottom.

Step 3. On the main screen of TLauncher, open the version selection tab, select the desired snapshot, and click 'Install' or 'Launch the Game' if the snapshot is already installed.
