Minecraft 1.17.1 Java Edition Download
For the proper working of the game, it is necessary to regularly release technical updates that merely fix errors and crashes of the main update. The Minecraft 1.17.1 update is exactly of such a kind, filled with several dozen fixes, plus a few minor changes in the game logic.

Changes
- The logs now record the deaths of named mobs.
- When breeding two ordinary goats at the same time, you will have a chance to get a screaming goat.
- The chance of dropping a copper ingot from Drowned is now increased from 5% to 11%.
- Blue Axolotl can only be obtained by breeding.
Bugfixes
- Fixed a problem with chunk loading when joining a server.
- Some texts were at times displayed in the original language of the game without translation.
- Emerald ore was sometimes generated too often.
- Other fixes and improvements.
