Main Fixes
- Fixed entities passing through pistons when they were inside cobwebs.
- Fixed incorrect behavior of items pushed through powder snow or cobwebs using a piston.
- Adjusted wind charge behavior when colliding with certain blocks.

- Maps can now be placed in frames again if there’s a carpet on the room floor.
- Fixed the behavior of chain and repeating command blocks using the /tp command, which previously could teleport players incorrectly.
- Fixed a bug with bubble columns that caused entities to rise too high.
