With Stoneholm, villages appear not only on the surface. Full settlements with halls, corridors, doors, and villager houses generate underground. These places do not look like an ordinary village simply moved downward: they are arranged as a network of underground passages, where rooms are connected by galleries, and some areas look abandoned or hidden.
IkkatsuHakai Shovel turns the shovel into a tool for quickly clearing large areas. Instead of one block per hit, several blocks in a set radius can be broken at once. This is especially noticeable when working with dirt, sand, gravel, snow, and other materials that usually have to be removed by the hundreds.
The Harvester adds a mini-boss assembled like a creepy scarecrow. To summon the Harvester, you need to build a structure from a hay bale, fences, and a carved pumpkin, and then bring it to life with a golden hoe. After that, the harmless farming shape turns into a strong opponent with several types of attacks.
Mowzie’s Mobs adds not just new enemies, but creatures with separate behavior arenas. The Foliaath disguises itself among jungle leaves and grabs those who come too close. The Ferrous Wroughtnaut can stand motionless in a dungeon until the player approaches, and then starts attacking with a huge axe.
Water is cleared with sponges, but lava usually has to be handled manually: filling it with blocks, pouring it again, laying passages, and constantly taking risks. SpongeSucc adds lava sponges, which work by a similar principle, but with the fiery liquid. A lava sponge absorbs lava around itself and turns into a hot one.
Elytra Slot removes the constant choice between protection and flight. In the usual game, elytra occupy the chestplate slot, so before combat you have to put armor back on, and before a jump you have to replace it with wings again. The mod adds a separate slot for elytra next to armor.
Villager professions quickly become familiar: a job block, trading, and several deal levels. Mo’ Villager expands this system with six new professions and separate trading options.
BiblioCraft makes item storage visual. Instead of hiding everything in identical chests, the player gets shelves, stands, display cases, and furniture where items are visible directly on the blocks. Books, potions, tools, weapons, maps, and other things can be displayed so that the room immediately shows its purpose.
Ender Storage is built around color channels. Chests, tanks, and portable bags are linked to each other through three colored marks on top: if the code matches, the contents match too. One chest can be left at the base, another can be placed in a mine, and a bag can be carried with you.
Handcrafted closes one of the most noticeable gaps in Minecraft building: proper room filling. The mod adds more than 250 decorative blocks: tables, desks, benches, sofas, cabinets, drawers, shelves, lamps, curtains, carpets, pillows, jars, mirrors, clocks, trophies, and small decor.
